Stephanie Heacock-Kang, P.T., D.P.T.
Stephanie has fifteen years of experience as a physical therapist. Her interests include creating personalized treatment plans to enhance movement patterns and optimize function for her clients. In addition to daily activity, she also recognizes the importance of nutrition in supporting overall health. Practicing on Oahu since 2012, she is grateful for the opportunity to work with providers and patients across the island. Whether assisting a post-surgical client or an individual opting for conservative treatment, Steph is eager to help you achieve your mobility goals.
Her Doctorate of Physical Therapy was earned from Franklin Pierce University, and her Bachelor's in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University. She has completed several certifications, including Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization and a 200-hour Yoga Certification. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, movement, music, and spending time with family and friends.
Ewa Mazurek, P.T., D.P.T.
Ewa received her Bachelor's in Kinesiology and Movement Science from the University of Illinois in Chicago (2012) and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Sage Graduate School in Troy, New York (2016). Originally from Poland, she emigrated to the Chicago area in 2000 with her family.
Having traveled frequently throughout her life, both in Europe and across the US, she pursued travel therapy, eventually bringing her to the beautiful island of Oahu. She gained experience in a variety of therapy settings, including subacute/acute care, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient orthopedics. Over the course of her career, she found a passion for orthopedics, pain science education, and neuromuscular re-education to promote patient healing and improve patient quality of life.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, hiking, traveling, snorkeling, and lounging on the beach.
