Referral Requirement
A doctor's referral is needed to ensure comprehensive care. We work with doctors across Oahu and the state. Please have your provider fax a physical therapy prescription to (808)235-7992.
Treated Conditions
We treat a wide range of ailments, including, but not limited to, the knee, shoulder, spine, and upper and lower extremities. Absolute Rehab specializes in addressing muscle strains and connective tissue dysfunction. The therapist has assisted patients' recovery following surgical treatment, stem cell, and PRP injections. We welcome clients with postural deficits and low back pain with or without sciatica and those who have had joint replacement surgeries.
Insurance Information
We accept all major private health insurance plans
(HMSA, UHA, HMAA, etc), Medicare, VA insurance, Worker's Compensation, Auto Insurance, and Kaiser Permanente Added Choice. If applicable, a co-pay will be collected at the beginning of each treatment. Cash pay is not accepted at this time. Contact us to inquire about specific details.
What to Expect
A typical appointment is one hour in length. The total duration of treatment varies, but the goal is to make significant progress toward your goals within one to three months. Please bring your ID and insurance card to your first appointment. Cancels are required to be given at least 24 hours in advance.
